On October 22, Tron Foundation took to Twitter to release a weekly report on the work covered in the past week. The detailed report threw light on the technical developments, community activities, and partnerships made in the Tron ecosystem.
In relation to the market transactions of the Tron foundation, on September 29, the Tron live stream updated its viewers on the progress of technical application of TRON. According to statistics with respect to the two core indexes; the account number and the transfer volume; TRON MainNet accounts reached 399,718; the peak number of single-day transfer volume hit 440,135, and the average daily transfer volume was 146,041.
With respect to the technical developments made by the foundation, an anonymous transaction scheme research has been implemented on the Tron wallet. The structure has been updated by optimizing the performance of in-memory databases. A regulated exception handling and organized log specifications are also a part of the update.
The work in progress includes changes in the consensus protocol, test resource ceiling, dynamic change, and resource delegation.
The community activities in the Tron foundation include the Japanese social media giant LINE launching its own cryptocurrency LINK. The exchange platform helps users protect themselves from threats and to secure assets. The developer community has also opened a Discord developer channel, which will reportedly become a major discussion channel for the community.
On October 15, the Federal Communications Commission [FCC] had released Coinwar, a market forecasting DApp on the TRON MainNet. Additionally, the FCC team is optimizing the product with other language versions.
Furthermore, while comparing Tron with Ethereum in the same period of time post-launch, TRON’s account number was 13 times that of Ethereum; the peak number of single-day transfer volume was 49 times that of Ethereum, and the average daily transfer volume was 29 times that of Ethereum. TRON’s total number of accounts was 20% more than that of EOS.
On October 18, the Tron Foundation officially confirmed its partnership with Baidu browserm, China’s biggest internet service provider. According to the report, the partnership will enable enhanced blockchain solutions through cloud computing resources. This would reportedly make blockchain technology more accessible to users.
