On 6th August, Tron made clear its unwavering support for its partnership with Pornhub, the leading adult entertainment website, by releasing a guidance report for upgrading Pornhub accounts with TRX tokens.
Pornhub had announced on its official Twitter account during the initial tie up that:
“We’re excited to announce that were now accepting @zencashofficial and @Tronfoundation as crypto currency payment for Pornhub Premium!!”
The guidance report is meant for TRONICS who had jumped in on the tie-up with the Tron Foundation stating that the report will ensure ease of use and speedy transactions.
Guidance Report:
- Users are asked to go to Pornhub.com where they can utilize payments using TRX tokens. The company has also stated that users need to register their own account on Pornhub with a feasible email ID to avail this feature.
- Once users land on the home page, the next listed step is to click on the “Upgrade” button at the top right corner of the page.
- The registered users are then given the option of starting a one-week free trial or get the premium account before proceeding to the next step.
- Once the previous steps are completed, users will then see the “Use Cryptocurrency” where the Tron partnership becomes evident.
- Once users land on the cryptocurrency payments page they are directed to the “Get Premium Now” before proceeding to the next step.
- Users are then asked to select the TRX token from the drop-down menu, which is the preferred cryptocurrency.
- After the user clicks on the “Start Subscription” button, they are directed to a page where the user can scan a QR code using a valid exchange or digital wallet. The TRX payment address can be copied ensuring the transfer payment, states Tron Foundation. The company says that these steps will bring in more users into the cryptocurrency-entertainment industry.
A partnership with a pornographic website should according to many boosts the usability and adoption of TRX. Pornhub’s premium version currently has a 48.4 million page views from all over the world. The current markets, however, are reacting like Verge which after its Pornhub and Brazzers announcement continued to drop.
